- Look for microphone icon in browser address bar
- Click it and select Allow
- Refresh the page

- Check your device volume (not muted)
- Check browser isn’t muted (look for mute icon in tab)
- Try headphones to rule out speaker issues
- Check Coral’s voice settings in Customize → ensure voice is selected

- Use headphones with built-in microphone
- Find a quiet space (background noise affects quality)
- Speak clearly and at normal pace
- Don’t use speakerphone mode
- Check internet connection (poor connection = audio issues)

- Check your inbox for verification code
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verification code expires after 10 minutes — request new one
- Make sure you’re using the correct email address

- Copy-paste the full URL (don’t type manually)
- Check for extra spaces at beginning or end
- Ask teacher for new link
- Use class code instead (enter on home page)
Can't see assignments

- Not enrolled — Join the class first
- Not published — Teacher hasn’t published assignments yet
- Date restrictions — Assignment not available until specific date
- Wrong class — Check you’re in correct class
Already submitted but assignment shows 'Not submitted'

- Check if you actually clicked Submit button
- Look for email confirmation of submission
- Check if you’re in correct class (multiple sections)
- Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh (processing delay)
- Contact teacher with screenshot of your submission

- Refresh the page
- Check back in 30 minutes (high-traffic periods take longer)
- If still stuck after 1 hour, contact support with:
- Assignment name
- Date/time of submission
- Your class name

- Check internet connection (run speed test: speedtest.net)
- Switch to stronger WiFi or ethernet
- Close other bandwidth-heavy apps
- Try different browser (Chrome recommended)
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere

- Review assignment questions for clarity
- Check if course materials are uploaded correctly
- Review Coral’s personality settings (Customize tab)
- Test the assignment yourself to verify behavior

- Check if conversation actually ended (look for “Conversation complete” message)
- Try refreshing page (your progress should be saved)

- Usage limit reached — Check sidebar for usage alerts
- Subscription expired — Go to Billing in org settings
- Legacy class — Old classes may need migration
- Permissions — Contact org admin if you’re not class owner

- Check if students are in different section/class
- For Canvas: verify roster sync is enabled
- Wait 10 minutes for enrollment to process
- Check organization settings for enrollment restrictions

- Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, PPTX
- Maximum file size: 50MB per file
- Files must not be password-protected
- Try smaller file (compress large PDFs)
- Convert to PDF if using other format
- Check file isn’t corrupted (open it locally first)
- Try different browser
